Using the site

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is for general information about our property management, leasing and real estate services.

Listings and availability

We work to keep rental listings accurate, but rent, deposits, fees, availability dates, features and photos can change without notice and may contain errors. A listing is not an offer to rent and doesn't reserve a home. Every application is subject to our rental criteria and screening, and the terms of any tenancy are set only by a signed lease. Please confirm details with us before making decisions.

Rent analyses and market data

Our free rent analysis and any rent, value or cost figures on the site are estimates based on market information available to us. They are not an appraisal, are not a guarantee of rent or return, and shouldn't be relied on for lending, tax or legal purposes.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, immigration, accounting or investment advice. This includes our pages for investors and EB-5 investors: EB-5 rules and amounts change, and you should rely on a qualified immigration attorney and your own financial and tax advisors. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.

Brokerage and representation

LaunchPad Properties is a licensed real estate brokerage in Wyoming (WY Broker Lic. RE-13655). Using the site, contacting us or receiving a rent analysis does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. That relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with us, such as a property management or buyer agreement.

Fair housing

We are committed to the Fair Housing Act and to equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by federal, state or local law.

Rentec Direct and other sites

Rental applications, rent payments and the tenant and owner portals are provided by Rentec Direct, and their own terms and privacy policy apply when you use them. The site may also link to other third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, please don't:

• submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission;
• send spam, or use our forms for anything other than genuine enquiries;
• copy listings or other content in bulk, or scrape the site with automated tools; or
• try to interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it.

Our content

The site's text, design, logo and our own photos belong to LaunchPad Properties or are used with permission, and some photos are licensed from third parties. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, LaunchPad Properties is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under a signed lease or agreement with us, or that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
