For EB-5 investors
Who does what
Buying a home or rental on its own usually isn't a qualifying EB-5 investment. EB-5 capital generally goes into a new business that creates at least 10 full-time jobs per investor, and your attorney decides what qualifies. Here's where we fit alongside them.

Questions investors ask
Wyoming has no state personal income tax, and Cheyenne's rental demand is anchored by state government as the capital and by F.E. Warren Air Force Base. We'll give you real rent and cost numbers for any property you're considering, so you can judge the returns for yourself.
Not necessarily. Many buyers shortlist through video tours, rely on a professional inspection and sign electronically. We'll tell you up front if your lender or title company needs anything signed in person.
Usually not on its own. EB-5 capital generally has to go into a new commercial enterprise, be at risk, and create at least 10 full-time jobs per investor. A home, or a rental bought as a personal investment, typically doesn't meet those tests. Your immigration attorney can tell you what does qualify in your situation.
As of October 2026 it is $800,000 for a project in a targeted employment area or a qualifying infrastructure project, and $1,050,000 otherwise. These amounts are scheduled to adjust for inflation starting January 1, 2027, so confirm the current figures with USCIS or your attorney.
In most cases, yes. Foreign nationals can generally buy U.S. homes and rental property. Some federal and state rules review or restrict purchases by people or companies tied to certain foreign governments, particularly near military sites such as F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne. Financing and taxes also work differently for non-residents, so check with your attorney and a tax advisor before you commit.
Yes. That's the core of what we do. We handle leasing, rent collection, maintenance and inspections, and you see statements and documents in your owner portal from anywhere.
No. We don't recommend, sell or take referral fees for EB-5 projects or regional centers. Choosing a project is a decision for you and your attorney or registered financial advisor. Our role is the real estate you buy or live in.
