We usually respond to emergency calls right away, day or night. For a leak, turn off the water at the main shut-off valve if you can do it safely. For a power loss, check with the electric company first if neighbors are out too.
Lockouts: we only let in residents named on the lease, and we'll ask for photo ID. A lockout fee may apply, especially after hours, so try any spare key or other household member first.
